Starting from the authentic charm of Brenzone, the coast reveals treasures of rare beauty such as Cassone, a postcard village where the Aril, the shortest river in the world, flows between colorful boats and crystalline reflections. Going up the coast you reach Malcesine, dominated by the imposing Scaligero Castle: a medieval fortress overlooking the water that offers one of the most iconic views of the entire Garda.

But the enchantment continues by pushing towards the hinterland, where Verona, the city of love, awaits you a short distance away: a UNESCO treasure that conquers with the eternal majesty of the Arena, the myth of Juliet and the timeless charm of its Scaliger squares, making every stay a perfect balance between the quiet of the lake and the pulse of history.

Brenzone sul Garda: The Municipality of a Thousand Villages

Brenzone is not a single town, but a fascinating "scattered municipality" consisting of 16 hamlets that wind from the shores of the lake to the slopes of Monte Baldo. The beating heart of the area is made up of cobbled streets, ancient ports such as those of Porto and Castelletto, and endless expanses of centuries-old olive groves that produce a DOP olive oil renowned for its delicacy. Among its hidden treasures stands out the ancient medieval village of Campo, an almost uninhabited district reachable only on foot, where time seems to have stopped between stone houses and a frescoed Romanesque church, offering an experience of authenticity and silence that is now rare.

The Scaligero Castle of Malcesine: A Fortress on the Abyss

A true symbol of the area, the Scaligero Castle of Malcesine is a national monument that dominates the lake from a rocky spur. Rebuilt by the Scaligeri around 1300, it now houses the Museum of Natural History of Monte Baldo and Garda and the famous Goethe Room, dedicated to the German poet who was almost arrested here as a spy while portraying the manor. The climb up the main tower offers a spectacular 360-degree view, ranging from the peaks of Monte Baldo to the azure waters of upper Garda, making it one of the most beloved viewpoints in the world.

Verona: A journey through History and Legend

Nestled in a bend of the Adige River, Verona enchants visitors with a timeless elegance that has earned it recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The beating heart of the city is the Arena, the majestic Roman amphitheater that still vibrates today thanks to the famous opera season. Walking along Via Mazzini you reach the suggestive Piazza delle Erbe, where the market stalls mix with Renaissance frescoes, while a few steps away the myth lives again under Juliet's Balcony.

You can't say you've seen Verona without admiring the Gothic geometry of the Scaliger Tombs or the grandeur of Castelvecchio, with its crenellated bridge that offers unforgettable views of the river at sunset.
